SEA CONCHS AU GRATIN

INGREDIENTS (6 serving)
1 can of Geomar Sea Conchs
6 teaspoons butter
1 cup of heavy cream
grated Parmesan cheese
bacon
pepper

PREPARATION

In each serving dish add a teaspoon of
butter.Then add the snails, cream and pepper
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bacon.

Cook over medium heat for approx 15 minutes.
