INGREDIENTS (1 serving)
1 can of Geomar King Crab
1/2 cup of black olives
Prepare the “Tapenade” which is a puree of
black olives mashed with olive oil.
Mash the avocado.
Fill in a cylindrical mold first with the
tapenade.Then put a layer of the mashed
avocado. Finish it off with a top layer of crab.
Note: Add salt, pepper and lemon juice.
