CRAB MOUSSE

INGREDIENTS (4 serving)

4 cans of Geomar Crab
4 tablespoons of unflavored powered gelatin
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 cup of cream
1/4 lemon juice
2 tablespoons of chopped chives
2 tablespoons of mustard
salt
pepper
4 tomatoes

PREPARATION

Scatter the gelatin over 1 cup of cold water
and soak for 5 minutes. Dissolve in water until
it is transparent.

Mix half of the gelatin with the mayonnaise,
lemon juice, chives, mustard, salt, pepper,
cream and crab. Place in a round mold and
refrigerate at least 4 hours and up to 24 hours.

In a container put the crushed tomatoes, add
salt, pepper and the other half of gelatin.
Put the mixture in a cylindrical container and freeze.
Once solid, remove and cut into slices

To serve, remove the mousse from its mold, place
on a tray and put the frozen tomatoes on top
