|–||Javier Donoso founded Geomar in 1993 while finishing his Engineering degree at Universidad Católica de Chile. In order to do so, he moved from Chile’s capital city – Santiago – to one of the poorest regions in the south of Chile – Coronel – and launched Geomar’s first processing plant for canned seafood. Since the first years, Javier led the company’s business model working directly with fisherman communities -thus assuring sustainable capture-, developing its own brand in target markets and focus the production in value added products.|
|–||Rodrigo Abatte joined the company on July 2017 as Sales Director. He has more than 13 years leading the commercial area of different companies involved in leading food companies in Chile, Asia, South & Nortamerica, currently he leads Geomar’s global sales strategy. He holds a degree in Business Administration.|
Fernando Rodríguez joined the company on May 2018 as Chief Financial Officer. He has more than 13 years of experience in corporate finance in different industrial companies. He holds a degree in Business Administration and a Master in Finance.
|–||Camila Tejos joined Geomar in 2006 and has developed a successful career within the company, holding different positions since her arrival. Today, Camila is The Controller of the company. She holds a degree in Business Administration.|
|–||Stephen Blanchard joined the company in 2012 and has 30 years of experience working in the seafood industry in Chile and New Zealand, mainly as a Factory Manager. He holds a degree in Food Engineering.|
